Symptoms

Symptoms of osteonecrosis include sudden pain on the inside of the knee, perhaps triggered by a specific activity or minor injury. You may also have increased pain at night and during daily activities, which will limit your range of motion. Swelling may also be present over the front and inside of your knee. You may also experience increased sensitivity to the touch in the affected area.
