The PiGalileo™ Computer-Assisted Orthopedic Surgery System from PLUS Orthopedics combines Computer-Assisted Surgery technology and electro-mechanical instrument positioning technologies to assist the surgeon in total knee replacement procedures.

Surgeries done with PiGalileo™ are still performed by a surgeon, with the electro-mechanical positioning device aiding the surgeon in instrument positioning. This technology which is precise to 0.15 of a millimeter and is completely under the surgeon's control at all times providing valuable intra-operative feedback to the surgeon to help improve precision, thereby potentially leading to better implant alignment and positioning.
